After placing your order, you will receive two e-mails from us, one when we receive your order and one when your order is shipped.
Because it is our goal to process your order as fast as we possibly can, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed and confirmed. We ask that once you receive the item to please follow our Returns and Exchanges Policies.
Tough Girl Tutus will gladly accept merchandise purchased from Tough Girl Tutus, in its original, unused/unwashed condition within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund of purchase price – less shipping costs. Returns after 30 days will receive in-store credit only. Returns after 60 days are not accepted.
We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached and undamaged.
Upon receipt of returned goods, Tough Girl Tutus reserves the right to deny any refund, or make deductions in refund amount if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a RMA number before returning your item. Items mailed without an RMA will not be refunded.

Refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement as the card-issuing bank controls date of posting to your account.
Tough Girl Tutus offers exchanges on items that are in stock. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for an RMA number, along with your exchange request, and once received, return your original purchase in its original condition. We will honor any coupon price from original purchase. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us, and Tough Girl Tutus will cover the cost of sending the exchanged item back to you.
